Hi-Lo Stud Poker rewards players for having hands that are either really good or really bad.

Hi-Lo Stud Poker is a five-card poker game that pays if a player's hand is really good . . . or really bad. In Hi-Lo Stud, the player competes against a paytable instead of against the dealer or other players and wins if their final hand is at least a pair of 10s or is no better than 10-high. Hi-Lo Stud Poker also features an optional 3 Card Bonus side bet that wins if a player's first three cards contain a pair or better.

Each player receives three cards that are combined with two community cards to make a five-card poker hand. After a player reviews his first three cards, he may fold his Ante or make the 4th Street bet of one to two times his Ante. The dealer will then reveal the first community card, and each player must choose to either fold their Ante and 4th Street bet or make a 5th Street bet of one to two times their 4th Street bet. The dealer will then reveal the final community card and resolve all winning hands according to the high or low value of each player's five-card hand.
